We can help you to get Tourist Visa in the Airport Minsk or in the Embassy of Belarus. Our service cost 30 euro per person.
It is one entry visa that allows the tourist to stay in Belarus for up to 30 days. It is the easiest way to get the Belarusian visa. To get the tourist visa it is necessary for a visitor to receive the invitation from a Belarusian tourist company registered in Belarus. The invitation must contain the information about the inviting company (its name, registered address, license number) and about the tourist (full name, passport data, dates of stay in Belarus), as well as the services paid by the tourist including apartment booking are shown. These documents are to be signed and put a stamp by the director of the tourist company.
To prepare all necessary documents for visa, we need from you scan copy of your passport.
- Registration service if stay in our apartments
Anyone staying more than three days in Belarus must register with the local police office (OVIR) in the district in which they are staying. If you are staying in a hotel this will be arranged by the hotel. If you are staying in an apartment this must be organised by us.
Our registration service is free-of-charge, but you will need to pay around 7 dollars to goverment, if you have a visa other than tourist. If you have tourist visa it is free-of-charge.
- Welcome PackWelcome Packs are a good idea and this is a good start for you or your guests stay as it means they can have a good breakfast in the morning.
A pack of essential items will be waiting for you or your guests upon arrival in the "MHL" apartment.
You can of course customise these packs to your own individual requirements or for a special occasion.
Your Choice - Cost of goods + $15 admin.
This means that you give yourself an extra couple of days to settle and enjoy the relaxation before you need to think about the supermarket and can ensure you order all your favourites to be waiting for you on arrival!
- High-speed Internet connection. It is not free-of-charge, cost of using the High-speed Internet connection 2 dollars per day.
- Sim Card. Before your arrival, we can prepare for you your own sim card. Connection fee of 10,000 rubles (it is about 4 dollars), the money will be credited to your account.
Even if you have your own GSM phone it is much cheaper to call using local SIM card since roaming call is expensive in Belarus;
- all incoming calls are free;
- the outgoing calls to the Belarus numbers are about 0.07 US$ per minute only.

Transfer:
With our transfers you can be 100% sure that you will get to "MHL" apartment on time and safely. We use our drivers and they directly transfer you to "MHL" apartment after arrival in Minsk Airport, one of our drivers will be waiting for you (he will be holding a sign with your name on it), and take you and your luggage safely to your home.
