You can reserve an apartment for any term of your residing from 3 day and more. Choose the apartments on the site. In fields of the application specify chosen apartments, information about yourself and about your arrival. Specify also the time of your arrival in Minsk. Within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of your order we will answer you if chosen apartments are free . If chosen apartments will be occupied, we will offer you alternative variants.

Booking Booking of an apartment through our company is possible without any advance payment. For confirmation of booking you need to agree with us the dates of your stay in Minsk and to send on our electronic address copies of your passport, visa and ticket. After reception of all copies the apartment will be reserved for you.

Payment for residing   At once after your settling in the apartment you should pay for the whole term of your residing. The rent payment for the apartment does not come back, if you decide to leave apartment before the planned date.

Change of date of the entrance If after booking of the apartment dates of your arrival and departure are changed, you should inform us not later than 7 days prior to the planned entrance. But in this case we do not guarantee that the chosen apartment will be free. Then we shall offer you other variant of apartment. When you change dates of your arrival no penalties and surcharges are not collected.

Reception of keys You will receive keys of the apartment in the day of settling. Our representatives will wait for you in the apartment in agreed time to give you the keys. We recommend you to use our transfer services (with meeting at the airport and delivery to the apartment) to avoid loss of time for searches of the address and so forth.

What the price for rent includes Sleeping and room accessories: bed, towels, an iron, an ironing table, etc. Hot, cold water, calls on city (city numbers). Once a week cleaning in an apartment with replacement of towels and bed-clothes. Additional cleaning is possible by your inquiry and for additional payment. There are no additional payments for the rent.

CONDITIONS of RESIDING There is hot water in Minsk apartments 24 hours per day seven days in week. Sometimes in summertime it is switched-off for preventive maintenance (specify with the manager). But in the majority of our apartments there are boilers (see the description of the apartment), so we guarantee its presence for the whole term of your stay.
All apartments are completed:

- Bedrooms with clean bed-clothes;

- Kitchen with all necessary adaptations (saucepans and frying pans, glasses, everything, that is necessary for cooking) and technical equipment (the refrigerator, the gas furnace, a microwave, an electric teapot, in some apartments there are toaster, coffee-machine , a dishwasher);

- A drawing room with cable or satellite TV, DVD, the musical center, the conditioner or the fen, an iron and so on (see the description of apartments);

- A bathroom with a bath or shower-cabin equipped by boiler and washing machine. We give all clients clean towels. In each description of an apartment from our base you can see the detailed information about the presence in it of home appliances.

The Internet in an apartment If you have notebook you should buy Internet card. But in some apartments access to the Internet is impossible (seek the description of apartments or specify with the manager).

Arrangement of apartments All our apartments are located in the center of Minsk. They are safe, with entrances code locks or security.

Safety of an apartment In each apartment independently from its class there are iron doors and several reliable locks. 100 % of buildings of Minsk have security or code locks of doors in the entrance.

Loud music, noisy visitors in the evening The law forbids making noise after 23.00 till 9-00. Your neighbors have the right to cause police if you will infringe a public order.

Prolongation of residing Prolongation of term of residing is necessary to agree with the manager. Your residing does not give you the automatic right to prolongation. As a rule, on the date of your eviction we reserve the apartment for the following client. Therefore your unexpected decision about prolongation creates big problems for us and for other clients who have reserved the apartment. But whenever possible we first of all consider your interests. We can always find for you the similar apartment.

Eviction We always agree with you the exact times of your departure from the apartment. In due time the manager accepts the apartment and the keys. If he finds out any breakages of furniture or technical equipment - you are obliged to pay for caused damage.

You leave too early in the morning and do not wish to use our transfer services If you leave at 7.00 (7АМ) in the morning and earlier we insist on using our transfer services. Because this is extremely inconvenient for the cleaner or the manager to come to the apartment at this time. Our driver will accept from you the apartment and the keys.

Breakages After settling in an apartment, please, be convinced that nothing is broken and everything works. In the day of your departure our manager will check up the condition of the apartment. In the case if he will find out any breakages on your fault, you should pay for the harm. Usually it does not happen, but we ask you to be accurate and careful in the apartment. .
