Fill fields in the reservation form with the specify of the chosen apartments, information on you and arrival, date of your arrival in Minsk. Having checked up, whether the apartment will be available, we shall answer in 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the order. If the chosen apartment will not be available, we shall offer you alternative variants.

Booking Booking of an apartment through our company is carried out without a preliminary advance payment. For acknowledgement of booking you need to coordinate dates of your stay and to send us copies of the passport, the visa and the ticket. After reception of all spears the apartment will be reserved.

Payment  After your arrival in an apartment you should pay full cost of residing. The rent for an apartment does not come back, if you decide to leave apartments before the planned date.

Change date of arrival If there were changes in dates of your arrival you can transfer dates, but in this case we do not guarantee that the apartment chosen by you will be free. In this case we shall offer you other variant of an apartment. No penalties and surcharges are raised at carry of dates of your arrival. At carry of your dates the request to notify us 7 days prior to the entrance planned by you.

Reception of keys You receive keys in day of settling. Our representatives will wait for you in an apartment during finished speaking time to give you keys. But independent arrival to an apartment is always accompanied by long expectations. Therefore we recommend to use our services on a meeting at the airport and delivery in an apartment.

Price for rent Of any additional payments for rent includes is not present. Sleeping and room accessories: bed, towels, an iron, an ironing table, etc. Hot, cold water, calls on city (city numbers). Once a week cleaning in an apartment with replacement of towels and bed-clothes. Additional cleaning is possible by your inquiry and for an additional payment.

CONDITIONS of RESIDING In Minsk hot water 24 hours per day seven days in a week. Sometimes in summertime of day it disconnect for preventive maintenance (specify at the manager). All apartments are completed: - Bedrooms with pure bed-clothes; - Kitchens with all necessary adaptations (saucepans and frying pans, glasses, everything, that is necessary for cooking) and technics (the refrigerator, the gas furnace, a microwave, an electric teapot, in some apartments there is a toaster, coffee cooking, a dishwasher); - A drawing room with cable or satellite TV, DVD, the musical center, the conditioner or the fan, an iron and so on (look the description of apartments). - the Bathroom from a bathroom or душевой a cabin equipped by a boiler and a washing machine. We give all clients pure towels.

Internet in an apartment If you have computer, you should buy the Internet a card. But in some apartments access to the Internet is impossible (look the description of apartments or specify at the manager).

Loud music, noisy visitors in the evening We would not recommend to do it after 23.00. Your neighbours have the right to cause militia for infringement of a public order.

Prolongation of residing Prolongation on residing is necessary for coordinating with the manager who has lodged you. Your residing does not give you the right to prolongation. You should understand, that, as a rule, at date of your eviction we reserve an apartment for other client. Therefore, the decision you create greater problems for us and for other clients which have reserved an apartment at date of your eviction. But whenever possible we always consider your priorities. Anyway we can always find other similar apartment for you.

Departure an apartment We always coordinate time of departure the client. The manager in due time comes accepts an apartment and keys at you. If they find out breakages of furniture or other technics - you are obliged to pay for caused damage.

If you leave very early in the morning and do not wish to use our transfer services If you leave at 7.00 p.m. mornings and earlier we insist that you used our services of transportation (transfer). Because at this time, it is the extremely inconvenient to arrive to an apartment of the parlourmaid or to the manager. Our driver will accept an apartment at you and will take away keys.

Breakages After your arrival in an apartment, please, be convinced that nothing is broken also all works. In day of your departure our manager will check up a condition of an apartment and will take away keys. In case of if it will find out any malfunctions which have arisen on your fault, you should pay it. Usually it does not occur but we ask you concerns to an apartment yours faithfully. .
